MUSWA is a group of Peer Educators who facilitate different wellness presentations to Greek organizations, FIGS, residence halls, and classrooms throughout campus. Presentations range from alcohol and drug issues, stress management, fitness and nutrition, self-esteem, tobacco, and more. Every year, the MU Student Wellness Advocates (MUSWA) present over 150 educational programs to more than 5000 students. Peer Educators meet weekly to complete training in regards to the different wellness presentation topics. In order to become a Peer Educator through MUSWA, students must apply and go through an interview process.
