Nourish your mind beyond the classroom

Our multidisciplinary team of trained professionals works collaboratively with campus partners providing holistic and evidence-informed resources focused on supporting your well-being. We offer well-being coaching for stress and sleep, substance use can be discussed with trained staff, weekly meditation sessions and our massage chair are some of what Wellness Resource Center has to offer. Come down for a quiet, safe and inclusive space for working on projects, connecting with friends or taking a study break. The Wellness Resource Center is here to enrich your day, every day.

Convenience

The Wellness Resource Center is situated in the heart of Mizzou’s campus. Located at the lower level of the MU Student Center (G202), it’s easy to visit between classes, rest after a long study session or just relax in a massage chair. We want to fit into your schedule, so we offer both in-person and online services:

Quality

Our professional staff are certified and trained in Certified Health Education (CHES), ASSECT, coaching and meditation – and they specialize in meeting the unique needs of college students like you. No matter your needs, the Wellness Resource Center staff are ready to build your self-care skills and help you cultivate your unique Mizzou experience.

Cost

If you’re taking seven or more credit hours in the fall or spring semester, you pay student fees – that fee covers a lot of great services on campus, including the resources at the Wellness Resource Center. The following services are available at no additional cost:

If there is a cost associated with a Wellness Resource Center service, students will be notified ahead of time through their Mizzou student email address.

Care

College is a time of transition. As you navigate educational, social and other responsibilities, we will be there to offer any resources or care you need. Finding yourself takes time and we want to be there for every success or bump in the road. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of what the Wellness Resource Center has to offer.
